Faulty Goods

If you think there is a fault with an item that you received, please contact us immediately. If it is an electrical item and you wish to make a claim under warranty you are entitled to a replacement or refund.


Goods lost or damaged in transit

We do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. If a parcel does go missing we will commence an investigation - these inquiries can take up to 10 business days. If after ten days the parcel cannot be found, we will replace your parcel free of charge.


Product Warranties

Product warranties are held with the manufacturers for 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, we will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense
